I’m Julien, and if you could hear my accent while reading those lines, you’ll be able to tell that I am French… And no, I am not from Paris!
Originally from Strasbourg on the German border, I decided to leave the constant strikes in my country of birth to start my career in Canada in 2010.
After completing my master’s degree at Montpellier Business School, I got my first full-time job at Virtually Canadian. And years later, I am still here!
The name of the company is not the only thing that changed over the years. My position has evolved, and I am now in charge of the digital marketing team and the overall operations of the business.
As I work directly with some clients and the processes of the company at the same time, my days are usually relatively full.
If you have a problem, I’m your guy! No problem is too big for me: the bigger the challenge, the more the fun! And as I always say, there are always at least two solutions to every problem.
I love digging into the data in order to diagnose issues; I have extended knowledge of search engine optimization; I enjoy testing new ways to improve online conversions, and find creative ways to provide new website functionalities.
I love puzzles, games of all kinds and I play soccer when I get the chance. But when I am not at the office, I am probably geeking out on my phone somewhere so that I am almost always reachable.
